Join us for a few days of intentional living, April 22-23,2019. We’ll seek clarity through mindfulness, being in the moment, and being kind to ourselves. Influential yoga instruction, world-renowned life-coaches, and clean eating. Find your inner peace, set your intentions, and release worry. This retreat is the reset you’ve been looking for.

Retreat Itinerary:

Monday, April 22nd

  • 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. – Dinner & Healthy Dining Habits Presentation with Executive Chef Felipe Gonzales
  • 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. – Guided Meditation with mindfulness speaker Dr. Michele Pola

Tuesday, April 23rd

  • 7:30 a.m. – Smoothies & Light Breakfast
  • 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. – Sunrise Yoga with therapist Jim Turner
  • 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. – Morning open for a spa service, a bike ride around the property, or a visit to the Island attractions.
  • 2:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. – Lunch
  • 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. – Breathing Exercises and Meditation with therapist Jim Turner
  • 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. – Afternoon open for a spa service or explore The Strand
  • 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. – Dinner will be on your own
  • 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. – Evening Session with world-renown mindfulness speaker Dr. Michele Pola
