With over 15,000 square feet of available event space, the Moody Ballroom is ideal for large gatherings and celebrations. This versatile venue can be split up into 8 rooms or kept intact depending on your event needs.
The perfect breakout space, the Vine Room offers 1,800 square feet of flexible event space and can be divided into two rooms. Host up to 200 guests for a cocktail party, reception or any other variety of mid-sized events.
Similar to the Vine Room, the Ivy Room features 1,920 square feet of breakout space that can be divided into two rooms. Plan the perfect corporate or social event in this versatile space.
Plan a productive business meeting in our Board Room. Your colleagues and clients will be truly impressed with this room that features 700 square feet of meeting space, a large conference table, leather chairs and a sweeping view of Galveston Bay.
Adjacent to the Board Room, the Starfish Room’s 455 square feet of meeting space is perfect for smaller gatherings and intimate dinners.
Located on the second floor of our hotel, the Garden Terrace leads out to the stunning Rooftop Terrace and features 1,330 square feet of available space, ideal for receptions.
The Viewfinders Terrace, located on the ninth floor of our hotel, offers guests spectacular views of the island. With 1,842 square feet of space, this venue can accommodate up to 150 guests.
Executive Conference Room
Host a successful business meeting in our second floor Executive Conference Room. The room offers 300 square feet of meeting space and features conference style seating and 10 leather chairs.
Able to accommodate parties of up to 90 guests, the Training Room has 845 square feet of available event space and is an ideal venue for mid-size gatherings. Guests will enjoy the second-floor view overlooking our beautiful property gardens.
Complete with a built-in bar, billiards tables and cocktail seating for 100, the Garden Clay room is every event organizers dream. From a birthday bash to a fun corporate outing, the Garden Clay room can suit any variety of party needs.
Located on the second floor of the convention center connected to our hotel, the Floral Ballroom is ideal for larger gathering and events. This beautiful ballroom offers guests 9,100 square feet of event space as well as the option to divide the room into 12 sections.
With over 50,000 square feet of ballroom quality exhibit space, this event venue is perfect for hosting large scale exhibitions, trade shows and more. The Expo hall can be divided into five rooms to fit your event needs.
