I was beyond impressed by Brandon Marsh (Guest service manager) and Jeana (Guest Services). We stayed at the property before a family cruise and took advantage of their shuttle and valet services... They truly made our experience and stay worth returning. It seems as though they both saw and addressed needs before we noticed them... The hotel was nice and the rooms were clean. The 5 stars however reflect the intentional and surperb customer service recieved by Brandon and Jeana.
