Ask about or seasonal promotions excellent as a gift for a loved one or treat your self. We offer themed wrapping for every holiday. Look for surprises touches such as a complimentary box of truffles with gift card purchase and other thoughtful offerings.

We will be glad to ship your gift cards directly to the recipient by certified mail for a small fee. Call 409-741-8484 or sshultz@moodygardens.com for festively wrapped gift cards.

Please provide advance request to ensure your desired appointment time. Walk - ins are welcome based on availability. For parties of five or more and special events, we recommend at least 72 hour advance notice in order to plan the event. A credit card number will hold the reservation time.

We request a parent be present for reservation and payment of services. We also request a parent be present in the treatment space for massage and facial services.

Please provide 24 hours notice in order to cancel your appointment to avoid full charge for services not rendered.  

For Parties of five or more we request 72 hours notice of cancellation to avoid full charges for service not rendered.

Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment. We encourage you to take extra time to partake in the amenities such as dry sauna, showers, outdoor hot tub and heated pool, indoor lap pool, and fitness center. In order to accommodate our guests in a timely manner, service begins and end on time.

Upon arrival please take a moment to fill out our guest questionnaire. We ask you share any medical concerns or injury that you may have experienced in the past two years, including any chronic conditions.

Arrive as you wish. The Spa provides locker, shower sandals and robes on loan. Please deposit these items in the hampers as the services conclude.

Clothing or bathing suits must be worn for massage or facial services. Mini Spa Robe is available and a great take home gift.

Staff will escort you through your experience. For your modesty, your comfort level is ensured at various points, as you lay completely draped by linen during your service. Please do not hesitate to share comments that may better serve at any time. We strive to accommodate gender requests. Please share your preference at the time of scheduling your service.

There is an automatic 20% service charge added to each service rendered. We are confident you will be satisfied with our services. Should you have a concern; management will gladly assist appropriately.
